The hotel's location offered easy access to the Aldgate East station, very convenient. The spacious bathroom included a roomy shower with reliable water pressure. I found helpful staff who provided gluten-free bakery items to take away.
I had an issue with the room's temperature control. The air from the ac remained cold. Late check-out incurred a fee of 20 pounds per hour, unexpectedly. This seemed quite expensive, especially given availability.

The beautiful double room featured comfortable beds that ensured restful nights. The bathroom included good quality towels and thoughtful placement of the toilet in a separate area. I noticed USB ports available next to the bed.

the decor was gorgeous. our room was modern. the shower was so good. the staff seemed so friendly throughout the hotel, its a treasure.
the attendant was rude when i called to ask about parking. she was talking to another person on phone. that was not romantic
